Jennifer graduated from University College Cork in 2007 and has over 17 years experience working within the public and private sectors.
Jennifer is Coru registered and a full member of the Irish Association of Speech and Language Therapists (IASLT) and Independent Speech-Language Therapists of Ireland (ISTI).

Jennifer is fully trained in the following:
- LAMH (a manual sign system for individuals with an intellectual disability and communication needs). Jennifer is also trained as a Lámh tutor.
- Jennifer holds a QQI Level 3 in Irish Sign Language.
- Hanen Programmes ‘It Takes Two To Talk’ and ‘More than Words’.
- Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS-2).
- Jolly Phonics Programme for developing reading and writing with children.
- Shape Coding, Part 1 by Dr. Susan Ebbels. Shape coding is used to teach spoken and written grammar to school-aged children with Developmental Language Disorder (DLD).
- Attention Autism training by Gina Davies.
- SCERTS training (Social Communication, Emotional Regulation, and Transactional Support).
- The Reading and Language Intervention Programme for children with Down Syndrome.
- Alex Kelly’s Social Skills Training .
